The Big Agnes Fly Creek Platinum is the lightest two man tent on the market today.  At 1lb 13oz trail weight if you split the tent up between two packs you are only looking at a little over 1lb per person.  Lighter than just about any bivy sack.  In comparison to the Copper Spur UL2 you do give up quite a bit of headroom because of the single pole design.  I would not want to have two full grown guys in this tent on a rainy/snowy day but there is ample enough room to sleep inside the tent.  But if you are looking to go as light as possible and still have a tent fly over your head at night this is the tent you want.
